APC

Is awesome. Did I mention that?

W3 Total Cache is using it for database and object caching, and it’s caching PHP files and whatever else it wants to. So I looked just now and discovered that just with my meager usage it had already cached around 28 MB of data. TEEHEEHEE!!!

So I increased the shm_size from the default 32M to 256M so it’s got plenty of breathing room. This is gonna be AWESOME!!!!

(TBH, I am bumping up the post count right now. I’m interested in getting the number of pages and database sizes up a bit so I’m getting less-unrealistic numbers on performance.)

Okay. bedtime now, REALLY! (Okay maybe one more test…)
